Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and execute a scalable business strategy focused on Division 27 & 28 manpower solutions
- Identify market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and new revenue streams in telecom staffing and workforce deployment
- Oversee company financials, ensuring profitability, cost control, and strategic investments
- Align sales, recruiting, project management, and workforce deployment for seamless execution
- Implement workflow improvements and process automation to enhance efficiency and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with telecom industry standards, workforce regulations, and contract requirements
- Guide the sales team in lead generation, client acquisition, and contract negotiations
- Structure client agreements, pricing models, and workforce deployment solutions
- Oversee proposal development and key account management to secure long-term partnerships
- Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure efficient talent acquisition and workforce deployment
- Oversee the scaling of manpower solutions in Division 27 & 28 projects, ensuring clients receive skilled professionals
- Develop strategies to increase candidate pipelines and reduce time-to-fill for telecom roles
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting to drive business sustainability
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, staffing regulations, and telecom industry requirements
- Collaborate with leadership on tax planning, contract structuring, and operational efficiencies
- A strategic leader with experience in telecom operations, workforce solutions, or business development
- Expertise in Division 27 (Communications) and Division 28 (Electronic Safety & Security)
- Strong background in scaling staffing and workforce deployment models

- 10 years of leadership experience in business operations, staffing, or telecom consulting
- Strong track record of scaling businesses and managing workforce deployment
- Experience working in telecom, Division 27 & 28, and technical staffing
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams (sales, recruiting, project management, and finance)
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
- This is a fractional executive role, structured as a contract position
