Arcticom Group’s growth continues at a fast pace and the IT Enterprise Applications Team is looking for additional professionals to support our expanding business! We are currently looking for a Microsoft Dynamics GP Support Specialist to join our growing corporate IT Group. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing unparalleled customer service to our Dynamics GP 2018 user community, focusing on timely and comprehensive resolution to the technical needs of our business.
As an ERP Support Specialist, you will report to the Enterprise Applications Manager and work closely with the ERP Administrator to address and resolve common GP service requests submitted by our business users. The ERP Support Specialist is tasked with providing excellent customer service and prompt resolution to GP-related issues. As part of collaborative environment, this individual will coordinate support activities with senior members of the Applications team on more complex issues, identify training opportunities when standard GP usage and configurations apply, and contribute to administrative efforts to ensure continuous availability, performance, and stability of the business applications environment.
This full-time role will work remotely with occasional visits to local offices if applicable.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide effective knowledge and capabilities in the Dynamics GP application with integrated WennSoft Signature Service and Job Cost modules, including the functional configuration, business processes, and technical architecture of these systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics GP functional and technical support tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 MobileTech support tickets
- Manage business user expectations and communication throughout the support process
- Support our Acquisition migrations/integration projects into Dynamics GP as needed, including user onboarding and training support activities
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications Team on scripting standards and automation activities
- Utilize ERP implementation standards, tools, and documentation methodologies
- Participate in IT Group building and process improvement opportunities
- 3-5 years or more of functional experience operating or supporting Microsoft Dynamics GP (2018 preferred), including a strong preference for the following modules:
- Core Financials (GL, AP, AR)
- Distribution (Purchase Order, Sales Order, Inventory)
- WennSoft/Signature Field Service and Job Cost
- Common Third-Party products (WennSoft, Quadra, ServiceChannel)
- Integration Manager and/or eOne SmartConnect
- Passionate about customer service and the Microsoft Dynamics GP user experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP General Ledger, AP, Purchasing, Payroll, Receivables Management, and Sales Order Management
- Comfortable with Microsoft SQL syntax, Dynamics GP table structure, and using SQL for troubleshooting, report design, and View creation
- Excellent listening skills, ability to identify user needs and provide appropriate resolutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a customer service environment
- Ability to work as an effective member of the growing IT Group
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience
- Must have experience using Microsoft GP day in and day out.
- Ability to coordinate support activities with third-party and vendor support teams in a high-transaction volume service organization
- Requires the ability to respond to GP problems that occur outside of regularly scheduled work hours including evenings and weekends when needed.

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
