We are seeking an entry-level SQL Developer and ERP Support Specialist with a strong focus on supply chain management to join our team. In this role, the ERP Support Specialist will utilize SQL development skills, ERP user support experience, and knowledge of supply chain processes to enhance our data-driven decision-making capabilities. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience with inventory management and have proficiency in creating stored procedures to optimize data processing within our ERP system.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, functions, and stored procedures to support data analysis, reporting, and process automation for supply chain management functions.
• Provide ERP user support, addressing functional issues, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring smooth operational workflows within supply chain and inventory modules.
• Collaborate with supply chain, inventory, and procurement teams to understand business requirements, identify process improvements, and implement ERP solutions that drive operational efficiency.
• Maintain data quality, security, and accuracy within ERP and inventory management systems through best practices in SQL development and database management.
• Support system maintenance, upgrades, and patches for ERP and inventory systems to maintain high levels of performance and user satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support to ERP users, ensuring they understand system functionality and can efficiently perform tasks.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the role, staying updated on SQL and ERP best practices, new technologies, and supply chain management trends to continuously enhance skills and contribute effectively to the team.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with SQL development and database management
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with ERP systems, preferably in a support or administrative capacity
• Demonstrated experience with stored procedures and database optimization
• Experience in supply chain or inventory management operations preferred

Qualifications:

• SQL Development: Proficiency in SQL development, with experience in creating and optimizing queries and stored procedures.
• ERP Support: Exposure to ERP support including familiarity with supply chain and inventory management modules.
• Stored Procedures: Foundational experience in creating and managing stored procedures to support business processes and data automation.
• Supply Chain Management: Basic understanding of supply chain management principles, including inventory control, demand planning, and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for creating dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with ERP integration and data migration processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
