We are seeking an experienced cook with a passion for fine dining to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end cuisine, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes that meet our high standards of quality and taste. Responsibilities : Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with our menu and standards. Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation. Work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items. Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Participate in daily prep and mise en place tasks. Requirements : Qualifications : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a cook, preferred Fine dining or high-end restaurant experience is preferred. Experience leading stations, plating, and expediting Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and presentation. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
