The Armor Group
- This position is responsible for monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, trends, and projections. It also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory management processes and systems.
- Analyze inventory performance metrics, including product turnover and days of supply across all locations.
- Partner with the Global Business Planning team to forecast demand and develop inventory plans that meet business needs.
- Monitor inventory levels, execute transfers, and address potential stock imbalances.
- Investigate and recommend solutions to inventory-related issues.
- Develop and distribute regular inventory reports to management.
- Identify excess and obsolete inventory for appropriate action.
- Export and analyze data for the material procurement model.
- Leverage data manipulation skills to extract, clean, and transform inventory data.
- Manage inventory targets approved by management.
- Prepare and report forecast and inventory measurements to management.
- Drive and analyze cycle count programs.
- Support the procurement process by coordinating with internal teams.
- Assemble and analyze data pertinent to creating sales forecasts.
- Issue purchase orders for raw materials and consumables.

- Understanding of MRP planning.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree required.
- 5 years of experience as a Buyer in a Manufacturing Environment.
