The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and organizing ongoing commercial and FFNE (Furniture Fixtures & Equipment) related projects. This includes monitoring project details from onset to completion, including receiving, inspection of goods, loading of goods, scheduling, inventory control requests, and any other request from customers to ensure projects are on schedule and meeting client expectations.

Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and organizing ongoing commercial and FFNE (Furniture Fixtures & Equipment) related projects. This includes monitoring project details from onset to completion, including receiving, inspection of goods, loading of goods, scheduling, inventory control requests, and any other request from customers to ensure projects are on schedule and meeting client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, maintain, and monitor multiple commercial move projects.
- Receive, inspect, and separate goods, keep accurate inventory, and communicate directly with clients.
- Complete receiving activities in accordance with the established receiving processes to ensure customer expectations and receiving deadlines are met.
- Enter orders into systems (Redsky, Magaya, Windfall) and prepare inventory, receive, and release reports.
- Work with the warehouse to pull and prep orders as needed for outgoing deliveries.
- Monitor the unloading of all materials into receiving; ensuring materials are staged for counting, inspection, and put away.
- Resolves discrepancies with pack lists, BOLs, and purchase orders.
- Document all damages to goods received and communicate with customers.
- Compare pack lists/purchase orders for products received to ensure delivery is complete and resolve any discrepancies with documentation.
- Compare pull lists to product staged/ loaded to ensure accuracy aligns with customer requests.
- Communicate receiving errors to ensure corrective actions are identified and implemented.
- Track deliveries and troubleshoot order issues with vendors.
- Escalate recurring issues to management.
- Assist in daily management of the receiving calendar.
- Accurately and timely complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
- 1 years of receiving experience in a warehouse environment.
- 2 years of previous project coordinating experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Forklift experience a plus.
- Commitment to safety as demonstrated through previous work.
- Ability to multitask under pressure in a face-paced environment.
- Personal accountability with a customer-focused sense of urgency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; possess good phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven leader with a positive can-do attitude and good work ethic.
- Good organizational skills; ability to multitask; demonstrate flexibility.
- Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English proficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
