Description: Seeking a Part-Time Bilingual Recruiter to join a busy, fast-paced recruiting firm. The Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for a large local manufacturing facility. Will recruit and attract candidates using multiple platforms, including Indeed, social media, and others. Will maintain HRIS system, fill open positions, handle new employee paperwork, and conduct drug screens and orientations. Seeking those with 1-2 years of previous customer service experience.
What to Expect: Excellent mentorship from a highly experienced Recruiting Manager. You will gain broad exposure to a growing facility and be a key support person to their team. This is an opportunity to gain strong recruiting and employee relations skills. We have a fun and very special company culture!
Job Requirements: Must be proficient in both English and Spanish. Previous experience as a recruiter is preferred, but not required. We can train on recruiting skills. Outside of recruiting experience, will only consider those with strong job longevity in customer service based roles. Will be required to pass clerical testing, background check, and drug screen.
Shift/Schedule: Part-Time -- Mondays and Wednesdays, 8:00am-6:00pm
