What You'll Be Doing:
- Fabricating, repairing, and assembling metal components using a variety of welding techniques.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical plans to produce high-quality products.
- Managing shifting priorities while maintaining safety and efficiency at all times.

What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of welding/fabrication experience.
Pay Rate/Range: $20-22/hr (plus 4% increase after completing the 60-day introductory period)
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00am-1:30pm; overtime as required
