The Arrow House, which offers a comprehensive clinically-based treatment option for adolescents and their families, is seeking a skilled and qualified Admissions Director who is interested in making a difference and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.
Summary:
The Admissions Director provides support to the facility in the daily coordination of admissions and administrative duties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: answering phone calls relating to treatment inquiries, updating and maintaining admissions materials, updating and maintaining census tracking documents, updating and maintaining CRM system, completion of intake paperwork, coordination of client admissions, contacting referral sources, coordinating with families, and general oversight of the admission process.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers and responds immediately to telephone inquiries concerning potential client admissions.
- On-Call for intake calls.
- Answers detailed questions regarding the treatment program and facility.
- Assess treatment eligibility as determined by the criteria for admission, initial assessment, clinical presentation, insurance policies, etc.
- Educates the parent or prospective decision-maker on the different modalities offered at the organization to determine the best fit solution for the client.
- Send parent portal and questionnaire to family via email and follow up to ensure completion.
- Refers clients, as situations dictate to alternate facilities which are more conducive to the scope of the client's therapeutic and financial needs.
- Complete pre-admission interview form.
- Field contact calls and escalates when necessary.
- Process all admissions contracts and paperwork through DocuSign for the 20-bed facility.
- Create Kipu profile and upload financial paperwork.
- Ensure Kipu admit checklist is complete on all new intakes within 24 hours.
- Forward intake paperwork to the Medical Doctor at the time of intake.
- Maintain census tracking spreadsheet.
- Maintain physical client charts.
- Obtain necessary Release of Information documentation as needed, using DocuSign.
- General administrative support to the Program Director.
- Other tasks and duties, as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
