- Assist in coordinating project activities and schedules
- Manage project documentation and filing systems
- Perform general office management tasks
- Support the construction team with clerical duties
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in maintaining project budgets and expenses
- Perform construction takeoffs and help build estimates and proposals
- Basic accounting data entry
*Qualifications*
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Strong time management skills
- Experience in office management is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Prior experience in customer service is beneficial
- Ability to work as a personal assistant when required
