JOB TITLE: Studio Operations Coordinator
SEEKING a self-motivated, highly organized, disciplined and results-driven Studio Operations Coordinator for successfully overseeing and implementing day-to-day processes and operations to ensure the business runs smoothly and successfully. The ideal candidate is reliable, a doer, and an expert communicator who excels in putting ideas into structured, detail-oriented systems with operational checks and balances. Execution driven, you have superb leadership qualities with a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate with a range of personalities within a diverse team of art educators. The Supervisor will manage a range of daily operations, including corporate and private event sales and coordination, scheduling, staff hiring and development, enhance efficiency, nurture relationships with students, problem solving, enhance the organization’s brand, and meet revenue objectives, all while leading by example by setting and reinforcing high standards and integrity for the work team. Through 100 weekly art classes in person and online, we help people to find joy, stress relief, improved mental health and meaning through the transformational power of art.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily business operations through structured systems and processes, ensuring the business runs smoothly
- Organize scheduling, logistics, program planning, customer success, and client communication
- Lead results-driven corporate programming and event coordination
- Motivate a multi-faceted team of educators through leadership, communication, accountability, performance metrics, and a growth mindset
- Implement ideas with detail, systems, and operational checks and balance
- Create, analyze and track team projects and ensure due dates are met
- Improve efficiency, maintain studio organization and inventory management
- Collaborate on hiring, onboarding, and training
- Manage conflict, and tackle challenges systematically

REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or proven experience in team management or business administration with at least 3 years of successful experience

SCHEDULE: This is not a 9 - 5 business. Programs are held daily 10 am to 9:30 pm, this role requires working 1 weekend day and 2 evenings weekly.
SALARY: 65k - 75k annually
Revenue share opportunities may be discussed after 1 year of working with the Company.
