Job Summary:
You will collaborate cross-functionally to test, improve, and optimize applications and system enhancements to improve the customer and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and SOPs: Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure all operations align with legal and regulatory requirements.Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in regulations and business practices.
- Studio Operations: Manage and streamline the operations across multiple salon locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and customer satisfaction, as well as salon compliance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and managing supplies to ensure salons are well-equipped without overstocking.
- B2B and D2C Operations & Logistics: Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and direct-to-consumer channels to ensure efficient logistics and supply chain management.
- Customer Service Excellence: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention & address customer service issues and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support the salon managers and staff to meet operational goals, providing training and development opportunities where necessary. Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the management team to align operational strategies with overall business goals. Identify opportunities for expansion or improvement.
- Marketing and Promotions:Coordinate with the marketing team to promote salon services and special offers. Analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for each location, monitor expenses, and monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement strategies to increase profitability.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of operations experience, and 2 years of stores / field leadership.
- Logistics: Familiar with fulfillment centers, packing requirements, shipping and processing for products and all the backend work of logistics and ordering products for back stock.
- College degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization, establish close working relationships, and support for improvement opportunities.
- Can identify operational improvement opportunities and work with others to generate and implement solutions.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; may require weekends and evenings.
- Very organized and good with tracking their processes and reducing costs and creating more efficient processes.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
