Job Description: Account Director (Creative Services)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Director specializing in digital and print media to join our growing team. The Account Director will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering innovative creative solutions that span both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for media, creative campaigns and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales and Client Management
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their advertising needs and recommend tailored solutions across digital and print media platforms.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee the account team in weekly job status meetings, client management and budget guidance
• Campaign Strategy and Execution
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, production) to develop and implement effective advertising campaigns.
• Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with client goals.
Market Research and Product Knowledge
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in both digital and print media.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s advertising products and services to effectively educate and advise clients.
• Negotiation and Contract Management
• Prepare and present customized proposals and negotiate pricing and contract terms per project.
• Oversee and maintain budgets per project.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related role (experience in both digital and print media is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital advertising strategies and campaigns (e.g., programmatic, social media, SEO/SEM), executing global display campaigns and traditional print advertising.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
