We are currently seeking a motivated leader to assist the Art School Director in managing the day to day operations of our school. The person hired for this role will soon become the Director of the school.
If you have a background that blends fine and/or digital arts along with organizational leadership we would love to hear from you. There is opportunity for both personal and professional growth along with a solid bonus structure.
You will grow personally as you help young minds explore their creative spirit and support instructors in their teaching journey. Professionally you will have the opportunity to display your organizational leadership skills through driving business decisions and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Assist in all financial management and fiscal responsibilities.
- Lead initiatives to enhance educational programs.
- Supervise and support staff in delivering high-quality education and services to students and parents.
- Engage in activities to secure resources for program sustainability.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in organizational leadership.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
- Ability to effectively lead teams and drive performance.
- Demonstrated success in program improvement.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others, including students and parents.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Art, Business, or Education.
