Position: Desktop/Tech Support II
Location: Greenwood Village, CO (fully onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
Compensation: $32-34/hr W2 benefits
Job Summary
The Tech Services Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex end-user computing issues, managing ticket fulfillment and resolution processes, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency. This role involves monitoring and optimizing end-user computing performance, leading incident response activities, and managing IAM tasks.
-Must have: HS diploma, 3-5 years in tech support, strong in M365 administration, someone with an "SRE Mindset" that can do automation via scripting. So applicants must have scripting experience with tools like bash, powershell, etc.
-Nice to have: AWS experience is preferred but not required. At the very least, applicants must be comfortable with M365, but since AWS is their main cloud provider, there will be times when you're building/modifying something that interacts with AWS. It would be helpful if you have any exposure to AWS, but it is not a hard requirement. Bachelor's degree is also nice to have but not required
