We're Hiring! HR / Payroll Analyst (Contract)
Are you an experienced Payroll Analyst looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong payroll and data analytics expertise to join our team on a contract basis in a hybrid role (2-3 days / week onsite).
What You’ll Do :
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for a multi-state, multi-entity organization
- Maintain compliance with state and federal payroll laws
- Prepare payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Review personnel actions and verify HRIS data accuracy
- Resolve payroll issues and support HR system-related inquiries
- Administer payroll policies, general ledger processes, and reporting
