About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Administrative Assistant III to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Program Director, including preparing deployment packages, coordinating travel, and overseeing medical, dental, and vision requirements for deployed personnel.
You will also be responsible for submitting expense reports and purchase requisitions, maintaining office supply inventory on-site, and working closely with the technical administration team to ensure all site and personnel needs are met.
The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of relevant Executive Assistant or leadership support experience, with a proven track record of managing meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements.
