Clinical Liaison (LPN or RN required)

The Aspenwood Company is looking for a dynamic Clinical Liaison to build and nurture key relationships with prospects, families, and healthcare professionals for Spring Creek Village and Wood Glen Court in Spring, Texas. Pay Rate: $65,000/yr.
Clinical Liaison Responsibilities:
- This position is 100% field-based; daily travel in the local market is a requirement.
- Provide accurate and timely onsite assessments.
- Develops and cultivates relationships with referral sources (hospitals, LTACHs, physicians, senior centers, churches, temples, etc.)
- Ability to successfully review clinicals, collect necessary paperwork, and coordinate prospect move-ins.
- Ability to utilize marketing/sales techniques to generate new business.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure and within time constraints.
- Team player – working closely with internal community sales team to grow census.
Clinical Liaison Requirements:
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA
- Must know Microsoft Office, PointClick Care
- Prefer knowledge of CRM software (preferably Sherpa CRM) for referrals and tracking sources
- Must be an LPN or RN in the state of Texas
- A Bachelor of Science in a medical or science field preferred
- Experience in a Long Term Care Facility, hospital, healthcare facility or other medical setting preferred
