Conference Exhibit Manager -
The Conference Exhibitor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all exhibitor-related activities for all of the company events. The position will involve managing exhibitor logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for exhibitors, and maximizing their satisfaction. This is a key role that contributes to the overall success and reputation of our events.

What You Will Be Doing -
- Take full ownership of company’s conference and trade show exhibits, ensuring they are executed with excellence
- Make independent decisions on booth design, set-up, and tear-down maximizing impact and engagement
- Develop and manage exhibit budgets, using a results-oriented approach that achieves objectives within allocated resources
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of exhibits, including shipping, logistics, and installation
- Plan and oversee the layout and allocation of exhibition spaces, ensuring efficient use of available space
- Coordinate exhibitor move-in and move-out processes, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site support
- Manage exhibitor services, such as electrical connections, internet access, and additional booth equipment
- Collaborate with venue staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to health and safety regulations
- Collect feedback from exhibitors to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare post-event reports, summarizing exhibitor participation, outcomes, and key learnings
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for exhibitor retention and upselling for future events
- Maintain a comprehensive exhibitor database, including contact information, preferences, and participation history
- Collaborate with team to plan and execute localized or brand specific events, such as seminars, workshops, and product launches, with a focus on achieving targeted outcomes
- Provide on-site support during events, showcasing your ability to make independent decisions that optimize event flow and attendee satisfaction
- Emphasize your results-oriented mindset by serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and exceptional customer service related to events
- Efficiently and effectively address customer concerns or issues, ensuring their satisfaction while promoting and ensuring a positive company image
What It Takes / Requirements -
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business administration, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience and success in conference and trade show exhibit management, with a strong track record of achieving measurable results
- Proven ability to make independent decisions in high-pressure situations, showcasing decisive judgment and a results-driven mindset
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively liaise with exhibitors
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service
- Knowledge of event logistics, including floor planning, booth setup, and exhibitor operations
- Familiarity with event management software and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Compensation -
Based on this position and the requirements above we are offering a yearly salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 for this position.

We offer 16 days of paid vacation, sick pay and holiday pay. In addition, as an employer we pay 100% of our employees premiums for Medical, Dental, Vision.
