JCS is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to expand our reach and strengthen referral partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers, schools, social workers, and community organizations to ensure that JCS becomes the Provider of Choice for those in need of our services. This role also involves tracking outreach activities, evaluating effectiveness, and collaborating with internal teams to align efforts with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients and referral sources.
- Conduct presentations to families, community groups, and professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key referral partners.
- Identify opportunities to expand services in underserved communities.
- Represent JCS at community events and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create outreach materials.
- Track and document outreach activities and maintain referral pipelines.
- Evaluate outreach strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Services or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, outreach, or community engagement.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.
- Familiarity with Maryland’s disability services system is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to attend evening and weekend outreach events as needed.

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
