Base Pay Range: $20 - $21.50/hr

Were looking for a detail-oriented Review Course Administrator to handle the administrative tasks involved in the production and logistics of our Review Courses. In this role, youll support the Review Course Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the successful execution of each course.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates cross-departmentally throughout the organization for the successful logistical execution of all CFE Exam Review Courses and provides administrative support.
- Assists in the creation, coordination, and delivery of all Virtual Review Courses, ensuring high-quality experiences for attendees.
- Reviews communications to members and attendees in correlation to each course.
- Assists with the organization and delivery of Authorised Trainer Program courses, On-Site courses, and Public Review Courses.
- Assists with generating and maintaining detailed reports to track course enrollments, attendance, and other key metrics.
- Ensures all Review Course events are properly set up and organized within relevant systems and maintains Review Course information on the website and other platforms.
- Oversees tasks and deadlines within ASANA, ensuring all projects and course-related tasks are completed on time.
- Processes all course cancellation and transfers.
- Ensures all course-related processing documents are current and accurately maintained for organizational efficiency.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for MSRs to provide internal assistance.
- Contributes to the ongoing development and improvement of the CFE Exam Review Course, offering feedback and suggestions for enhancements.
- Performs other duties as requested or required.
Required:
- Four years of High School resulting in a diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Support or Project Coordinator role; experience in a member-based organization a plus.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions and/or customer requests in a timely manner.
- Able to define customer needs, collect data and fulfill requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven skills in organizing work, attending to detail, managing time effectively, and handling multiple tasks in a timely manner.
- Skilled in collaborating with internal and external resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel. Asana knowledge is a plus.
