Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR professional who will play a critical role in shaping our HR strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Direct human resources operations for a company of 30 FTES and 100 PTEs including recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, training and benefits administration
· Direct technical environment of dynamic office in three locations including telephone system, data network, copy machines, etc.
· Implement and maintain human resource policies and procedures for a wide-ranging set of activities including employee relations (hiring and performance management) and other corporate policies
· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as well as the company’s culture and mission
· Manage Board of Director meetings and communications
· Manage Food Services for meetings and office in general
· Manage receptionist personnel including daily direction, to build company knowledge and customer service excellence
· Provide support to the CEO and CFO as requested and needed
Other Expectations
· Participate in monthly management training/discussion sessions
· Participate in and support business programming of Atrisco Companies as requested
· Support accounts receivable collection, courtesy processes and data administration for Rio Grande Educational Collaborative and El Campo Santo
· Manage database and transfer process for Atrisco Natural Resources Management unitholders
· Manage office inventory and property control
Job Requirements
· Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources administration
· Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent external work experience OR equivalent formal training in related duties
· HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) a plus
· Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
· Proficiency in understanding and use of personal computers in an MS Office environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent people skills, including the ability to be confidential and discreet
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
