Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Respond to 4-5 customer service calls daily, primarily assisting with password resets or simple account updates.
- Encourage email-based inquiries to maintain organized records of communication.
- Open Records Requests:
- File and manage open records requests online, dedicating approximately 1 hour daily.
- Track and follow up to ensure requests are submitted and received within deadlines.
- Jail Report Reconciliations:
- Process and reconcile jail reports every Monday (approximately 2 hours).
- Data Entry:
- Perform data entry tasks across the website and other platforms, requiring 2-3 hours daily.
- Navigate the internet and various software applications efficiently.
- List Building and Emailing:
- Compile targeted email lists (e.g., lawyers, CPAs) to support advertising campaigns.
- Use tools like Mailchimp to execute email marketing efforts (~1 hour daily).
- Mailchimp Campaigns:
- Build and manage email campaigns, including creating templates and content (~30 minutes daily).
- Canva knowledge is a plus for creating visually appealing designs.
- Basic Multimedia Tasks:
- Edit pictures and videos when needed (optional but valued skill).
- Clerical Support:
- Assist with general clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and sending mail.
- Maintain an organized system for lockbox and key inventory.
- Other Administrative Duties:
- Ensure a tidy, professional work environment by managing common areas.
- Take on additional projects or assignments as required.
