Position: Customer Service Representative - CSR (Plumbing)
The Aussie Plumber is on the lookout for a CSR to join our plumbing team and become the warm, welcoming face of our company.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working within the home services industry
- Experience with scheduling appointments, managing the schedule, keeping customers updated about their appointment status regularly, working closely with the management team to ensure a busy day is operated efficiently and smoothly
- Experience with a CRM , such as Service Titan, a major plus
- Problem solving is your JAM and you can turn any issue or unpleasant experience into a resolved event leaving the customer feeling happy and taken care of. You see an opportunity that needs action or problem solving and you jump right on it.
- Communication is one of your greatest strengths and values.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact, creating a positive impression for our customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with genuine care and understanding.
- Coordinate with our plumbing team to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- ability to triage and prioritize service calls , and constantly update customers and management with changes to the schedule
-Manage the company business phone line, customer messaging system, and company email account
- serve as the liaison between management, the plumbers and customers
- Easily follow scripts to efficiently convert calls into booked appointments
- Perform daily outbound calls to existing customers for special offers and promotions
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a naturally warm demeanor (think Ms. Rachel x 10! )
- Previous customer service experience, especially in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of microsoft office programs such as word, excel, outlook and google documents and excel
- Knowledge of Service Titan is a major plus, but training is available and must be comfortable operating from this software on a daily basis.
