Clinical and Intellectual Collaboration
As an Erikson Scholar-in-Residence, you will be part of the clinical and intellectual life of The Austen Riggs Center. You will engage in interdisciplinary work on a proposed project and present your findings to practitioners and scholars in the community. This collaboration will provide a rich context for exploring the complexities of human behavior and experience. The Center's clinical work provides a unique opportunity to develop your skills in working with complex psychiatric disorders. A strong candidate will have a background in one or more of the following fields: medicine, psychiatry, genomics, psychoanalysis, neuroscience, anthropology, history, law, literary criticism, political science, sociology, and other disciplines in the arts and sciences.
