JOB SUMMARY
The Service Center Representative handles a HIGH VOLUME of customer service requests, appointment booking, customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer issues with one-call resolution. The Service Center Representative will also be responsible for evaluating customer vehicles, providing initial assessments, and documenting any necessary details for further action or repair. Additionally, this position assists in day-to-day operations and reports directly to the office manager located at the Service Center building.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communication with our customers regarding service- related activities with vehicles
- Field high volume inbound calls from customers
- Assist "walk-in" customers at the front desk and provide prompt courteous service
- Schedule Service Appointments
- Schedule tows
- Assist customers with the collections of payments
- Office administrative tasks including but not limited to scanning, filing, data entry for expense receipts
- Evaluate customer vehicles
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have valid driver's license
- Applicant cannot have any criminal history
- Must be 18 years of age
- Bilingual Required
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Excellent listening skills, telephone etiquette and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests, vendors, and staff
- Ability to deal with confidential information appropriately
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and duties simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and interest in accuracy
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- 2 years of progressive and relevant experience
