CSR - Customer Service Representative

Job Description

The Autoglass Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Bremerton, WA. This position is responsible for providing client support to the company’s sales team and managing the sales process from initial contact through the post-closing cycle. This location is incredibly busy. There is a very high volume of calls and foot traffic throughout the day. We need reliability and someone that can be upbeat under pressure. Attention to detail is critical.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and complete all follow-up as needed by priority.
• Answer inbound phone calls from prospective clients and industry partners.
• Build long-term client relationships and effectively communicate key information.
• Build and maintain a database of industry contacts.
• Manage CRM systems to track client information, update contact information, and manage new prospect opportunities.
• Develop and maintain client files using internal CRM systems.
• Perform closing activities with clients, including signing documents, reviewing final payments, and closing out customer accounts.
• Review client insurance information and verify information is correct and input properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization; ability to work independently or in a team environment; ability to multi-task; ability to prioritize tasks; flexibility; positive attitude; ability to work well under pressure; desire for long-term employment with a growing company.
·Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
