This role is 5 Days onsite and interview process would involve couple of video discussion followed by onsite interview.
- L1 - L2 tech troubleshooting skills in the following competencies :
- Windows laptop provisioning (strong Windows 11 user support experience and moderate MacOS support would fit)
- Help desk user support skills
- Experience with IDP like Okta
- MDM experience in Jamf and / or InTune
Day to day will be a mix of very basic in-person troubleshooting, provisioning Windows and MacOS laptops, and general application troubleshooting
Basic application troubleshooting tasks include :
