Contractor Sr Research Associate for DMPK Bioanalysis
General Summary
Senior Research Associate with experience in bioanalysis for cell and gene therapies. As a member of the DMPK-Bioanalysis organization, this person will be responsible for method development/qualification of protein bioanalysis and preparation of high-quality reports. This position requires strong hands-on experience in carrying out ligand-binding assays and a basic understanding of pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity concepts.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Design and execute bioanalytical assay development for PK and Immunogenicity experiments, including provide support for sample analysis from preclinical studies.
Interpret data analysis, interpretation and presentation to meet established project timelines
Document assays using an electronic laboratory notebook with good laboratory practices and good documentation practices
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
A degree in in biology or biotechnology (or closely related)
Hands-on experience with ligand-binding assays (MSD a plus)
Proficient in data analysis using GraphPad Prism and/or Excel
Understanding of ELN documentation practices
Education
Master's Degree (M.S.) in biology or biotechnology and 3 years of relevant experience
