Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as an HR resource for employees and management across multiple long-term care facilities.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws specific to the healthcare industry.
- Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts in alignment with company policies.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and performance management to support employee engagement and retention.
- Assist with payroll processing, FMLA, and leave administration ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate HR training and development programs, including leadership training for facility managers.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with facility leadership to address staffing challenges and ensure a positive work environment.
- Stay up to date with long-term care regulations to ensure HR policies align with industry standards.
What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2 years of HR experience in the long-term care, skilled nursing, or healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance regulations, and best practices specific to healthcare.
Experience working in a multi-site or corporate HR role is preferred.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage HR operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
