- Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life
- Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
- Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
- Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
- Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads Qualifications :
- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time
- Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career
- Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire Compensation : $80,000 at plan commission
