They will work collaboratively with the Social Media Manager and cross-functional teams to conceptualize, create, curate & publish daily content using social media best practices, analytics & campaign/brand priorities.

About The Role

They will work collaboratively with the Social Media Manager and cross-functional teams to conceptualize, create, curate & publish daily content using social media best practices, analytics & campaign/brand priorities.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Social Media Calendars & distribute weekly updates to internal stakeholders
- Execute interactive content ideation, planning, production, and daily publishing
- Identify, request permissions, and log user generated content to manage shared content
- Create, post, and manage short-form content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok Videos, Instagram Stories and YouTube Shorts
- Participate in planning and briefing social content by working closely with the Social Media Manager, Marketing, Creative and Copy teams
- Organize and manage the content library
- Assist with gift mailings, Influencer coordination and user generated content coverage
- Engage with the community to answer customer service questions, proactively engage with UGC, Influencer and media content
- Respond to daily mentions and comments across platforms; partner with Customer Care and escalate any feedback to cross-functional teams
- Develop daily cadence of on-brand captions and messaging
- Generate weekly and monthly reports by analyzing and providing insights on key metrics and community management activity
- Stay current on all social media platform updates and make recommendations on how to best optimize brand channel performance
- Forward real-time content ideas based on what is happening across social and in the beauty community
- 2 years of experience in managing social media for a brand or agency. Experience in the beauty industry a plus.
- Share a portfolio to demonstrate creative output and skillset
- Agency experience preferred to manage multiple brands
- Self-motivated demonstrating a high level of initiative, can work under tight timelines and ability to work productively on multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Experience presenting on camera and comfortable doing so
- You have produced and edited short-form video content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Experience with content planning and analytics tools such as Dash Hudson, Tribe Dynamics, Skeepers and others
- You keep up with the social media trends, popular culture, and marketing developments
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to travel as needed
- You enthusiastically create thumb-stopping content and engage communities through social content and communication, in service of brand and business goals

Salary : $62,000 - $75,000
