The Axel Group is seeking a CFO to join our client’s team in Northampton County, PA! Our client is a family-owned business managing multiple LLCs and trusts within the real estate industry. They are looking for a results-driven CFO to lead our financial strategy, with a focus on cash management and liquidity optimization. The CFO will oversee financial operations, focusing on cash management, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization across entities. This role involves strategic leadership, risk management, and ensuring the financial health of the business while aligning with the family’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Management & Liquidity: Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital, monitor cash flow daily, and ensure alignment with operational goals. Manage banking relationships and financial facilities.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive financial planning to support long-term goals, collaborate with ownership on financial strategies, and provide insights to enhance profitability and scalability.
- Financial Oversight: Oversee financial reporting and compliance, manage budgets and forecasts, and monitor investment portfolios.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Establish internal controls, ensure tax law compliance, and collaborate with legal advisors to manage risks.
- Team Leadership: Lead the finance team, implement systems to improve cash flow tracking, and promote best practices across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor, providing clear financial insights to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive, particularly in cash management and liquidity.
- Expertise in managing LLCs, trusts, and multi-entity operations.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, tax laws, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems for improved decision-making.
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
