The Axel Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our client's team in Tampa, FL! Our client is a leading privately owned homebuilder with over 45 years of experience across the United States and Canada. Each year, it helps thousands of families achieve their dream of homeownership across multiple U.S. markets.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial analysis, Land Pro-formas, and project budgeting.
- Manage land development projects, coordinating between teams and contractors.
- Process vendor invoices and support municipal approvals (zoning, site plans, etc.).
- Facilitate development and engineering approvals with consultants and authorities.
- Support acquisitions, due diligence, and additional duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Accounting preferred).
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
