Duties / Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and uploading documents to the company’s software system.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks assigned.
- Manage client interactions, including handling phone calls and responding to emails as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Efficiently operate computer systems and Microsoft Office applications to support office operations.
- Assist with scheduling and managing office appointments and meetings.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and conducive to efficient business operations.
- Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by the owner to support company needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, time management, and accountability skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively without direct supervision.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
- Bookkeeping experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to eventually handle client calls and engage with vendors.
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
