Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. You will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of resources.
- Work closely with clients, architects, subcontractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.
- Manage project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and track expenses to ensure projects stay within financial parameters.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
