National Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven National Account Manager to drive demand generation and grow strategic partnerships with architects, developers, and general contractors. This role is critical in expanding our presence within the commercial and multi-family markets by influencing specifications, managing relationships, and achieving ambitious sales goals.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 up to $139,000. The pay for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, general contractors, and dealers.
- Partner with divisional sales managers to ensure effective territory management and market segmentation.
- Utilize CRM tools and data to track performance and improve sales processes.
- Provide insights and feedback to the Vice President of Sales.
- 7 years of sales experience in construction or building materials, preferably in the commercial/multi-family market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
