- The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the overall operation and maintenance of all building systems for The Baby Fold, as well as supervision of maintenance staff. Availability for and management of on-call duties is also required.
- Location: 108 E. Willow St. Normal, IL
- Pay: $47,463 - $64,900 salary/exempt based on experience, education, and certifications.
- Coordinates daily maintenance request completion and communication, including furniture moves and assemblies.
- Oversees construction and maintenance, including routine maintenance/repair, painting, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing and electrical services, and coordinates the use of outside contractors when necessary.
- Oversees larger scale construction or maintenance projects and assists with facility planning including master site planning.
- Coordinates and implements preventative maintenance program/inspections including buildings, structural elements, code violations, safety conditions, plumbing and electrical needs.
- Responsible for assigned staff, including employment, training, supervision, support, and performance feedback, with timely completion of performance evaluations.
- Assigns and participates in on-call duties/rotations for emergencies related to assigned areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree or related technical education certifications preferred.
- 3 years of qualified facility management and supervisory experience required.
