Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite (Monday to Friday)
⏰ Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the backbone of our delivery and installation teams, helping to create a seamless experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Support delivery and installation teams to ensure efficient service.
✅ Manage high-volume customer calls regarding home deliveries and services.
✅ Assist showroom staff with processing delivery tickets and troubleshooting issues.
✅ Check in delivery drivers and confirm all tasks are completed at the end of the day.
✅ Prepare and generate next-day delivery paperwork for accurate scheduling.
✅ Verify invoices and run sheets to ensure correct merchandise is loaded for delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
✔ Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
✔ Experience in logistics, customer service, or delivery support is a plus.
✔ Dependable and ready to work onsite Monday through Friday.
