Must have Revit
Between Greenville and Durham, NC
Requirements :
Associates required; BS preferred
2 years of residential drafting and code knowledge required
AutoCAD, 3D modeling and MUST HAVE Revit
Familiar with bill of materials (BOM)
Ability to support the design process and customize homes
Experience completing preliminary designs, final construction documents and material takeoff’s
Must enjoy working collaboratively with all layers of the business
Attention to detail, documenting and maintain CAD standards and libraries
Good communication and computer skills including Word and Excel
Advancement potential to grow with the business
