Leading retailer is looking for a customer service representative to join their team at the corporate office. This role would involve being the first point of contact for customers and providing world-class service. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, be tech-savvy and familiar with various computer systems, and have a positive, friendly attitude.
The position is paying up to $18/hour and they would like to interview this week.
Hours: 8:30-5 pm Monday-Friday, Saturdays are required.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries over the phone concerning products and product deliveries
- Enter orders into internal systems and perform other data entry
- Escalate customer concerns to management as needed
- Enter correct information from customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience- can be call center, retail, service industry, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with various computer systems
- Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
