We’re seeking a reliable, proactive team player with strong multitasking skills and a can-do attitude. You should be comfortable handling a variety of front desk responsibilities with accuracy, speed, and professionalism.
Medical office experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with a solid background in customer service, insurance, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and professionally
- Handle phone calls, text messages, and emails promptly and courteously
- Check patients in and out, updating appointment statuses and rescheduling as needed
- Keep the schedule accurate and up to date
- Follow up with cancellations and no-shows
- Prepare and organize patient charts (including new patients)
- Collect co-pays and manage outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate patient records, including insurance and demographics
- Assist with general office upkeep (laundry, supplies, tidiness)
- Generate and review daily reports; track office stats
- Additional administrative tasks as needed
- Strong work ethic and dependable nature
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
