Job Description
We are looking for an SAP Payroll Implementation Lead who can lead workshops for requirement gathering and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions. This individual will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a thorough understanding of business needs.
The successful candidate will manage and review RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, and Decisions) for the payroll workstream, proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workshops for requirement gathering and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll solutions.
- Manage and review RAID for the payroll workstream.
- Provide expert support for the configuration and design of SAP Employee Central Payroll.
- Coordinate with offshore teams and client stakeholders to resolve payroll issues.
