- Provide oversight and leadership for the finance organization, ensuring strong internal controls, financial integrity, and compliance across the enterprise.
- Sponsor process optimization initiatives across financial systems, data management, and reporting frameworks in collaboration with department leads.
- Guide and mentor finance leaders in key operational functions (accounting, FP&A, compliance), empowering them to execute efficiently and effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting efficiencies within Unanet and other core systems.
Capital Strategy & Risk Management
- Advise on capital structure, financing strategy, and capital deployment in alignment with company objectives and investor expectations.
- Maintain strategic banking and investor relationships, serving as the company’s financial representative in capital-related discussions.
- Oversee enterprise risk management policies including insurance, regulatory compliance, and financial covenant adherence.
Corporate Development & M&A

- Lead financial diligence, modeling, and synergy assessments in partnership with Corporate Development and PE sponsors.
- Advise on pre and post-acquisition integration planning and financial performance optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement & External Relations
- Act as the primary liaison with private equity sponsors, ensuring transparency, alignment, and responsiveness in financial communications.
- Oversee external partnerships including auditors, tax advisors, and legal counsel with a focus on governance and risk mitigation.
- Ensure compliance with external reporting obligations and financial regulations, including all covenant and investor reporting.
- Work directly with Controller and private equity partners to support capital reporting and diligence requirements, report on financial operations and forecasts, and submit monthly reports to operational systems such as iLevel.
Professional Qualifications
- 12 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, or staffing industries.
- Deep understanding of growth-stage businesses, private equity-backed environments, and project-based revenue models.
- Track record of success advising executives and boards on financial performance, M&A, capital markets, and operational strategy.
- Experience leading through organizational transformation, scaling, or M&A integration.
Leadership Traits & Cultural Fit
- Executive-level presence with a high degree of business judgment, emotional intelligence, and integrity.
