What are the responsibilities and job description for the Asset Management Analyst position at The Bainbridge Companies?
The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical, self-motivated individual and will assist in the oversight and optimization of a portfolio of multifamily properties. This is a key role focused on monitoring, analyzing, and improving all facets of asset/portfolio operations and financial performance to maximize asset valuations. Ideal candidate can live in West Palm Beach or the Orlando, Florida market.
- Develop intimate knowledge of all owned asset operations and markets
- Analyze property-level financial reporting including revenue, expenses, variance reporting, and cash flow
- Collaborate with property management teams to increase efficiencies and financial performance
- Review micro and macro leasing trends/property performance to continually refine and optimize leasing strategy
- Conduct market research and benchmark property/portfolio performance to relevant KPIs
- Assist in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of annual property business plans
- Review property-level marketing strategy and performance
- Monitor and support capital improvement projects
- Perform various ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Will require periodic travel to property sites
- Role located in Orlando, FL or West Palm Beach, FL and is full-time in office
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, preferably multifamily
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics required; advanced degree preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, intuitive, self-motivated, with a strong drive for results
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis
