SUMMARY :
To perform data and enterprise risk management analysis and assist in mathematical matters involving policies and products.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in the development and analysis of departmental metrics; Serve as a liaison to other executive members (VP and above) who need analytical support
- Support the departmental effort in other corporate projects, such as company / system conversions, product implementation, etc.
- Assist in other departmental efforts, such as auditor requests, admin system policy corrections, investment peer study, etc.
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of internal audits and risk assessments
- Offer practical, clear recommendations for improving controls and processes
- Maintain accurate records of risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and action plans
- Participate in risk management related meetings and contribute to discussions on risk-related issues
- Serve as contact for claims, policy services, etc. for mathematical matters involving policies and products
