The Bank of Commerce is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team on an internship basis. This role will involve supporting both external and internal marketing communications efforts, with a focus on digital marketing campaign management, and promoting our brand through various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising (including Meta and Google Ads) and possess a passion for crafting effective communication strategies that resonate with both employees and customers.
Digital Marketing Campaign Management:
- Manage and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with the Bank of Commerce’s goals and target audiences.
- Optimize digital campaigns for maximum effectiveness, adjusting ad strategies based on performance data and insights.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as ROI, engagement rates, click-through rates, and conversions, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed set objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital advertising strategies into broader marketing efforts, including seasonal campaigns and special promotions.
Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including the Bank’s website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and internal communications.
- Ensure content is consistent with the Bank of Commerce’s brand voice, messaging, and regulatory requirements.
- Create visual assets for digital ads, social media posts, email templates, and other marketing collateral using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Additional Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist with event planning and execution for community outreach, webinars, and Bank-sponsored events, ensuring marketing support for a seamless experience.
- Support the marketing team with other initiatives, such as marketing research, customer surveys, and brand awareness activities.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, particularly in the financial services industry, and apply new knowledge to improve campaigns.
