Responsible for providing end user support along with software, hardware, and network administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Relies on experience and judgment as well as pre-established procedure and instructions to identify research and resolve technical problems.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Troubleshoot and resolve trouble ticket related to technical difficulties with hardware, software, and the network.
- Triage helpdesk requests and co-ordinate with other parties when appropriate.
- Act as product manager for industry specific end user applications / systems.
- Verify that calls for service have been resolved and updated in the ticketing system.
- Interface with infrastructure, database, development, and third party personnel.
- Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
- Ability to complete multiple simultaneous projects in a timely manner.
