They are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and detail-oriented hospitality professional who is dedicated to providing a stellar guest experience.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the General Manager (GM) & Assistant General Manager (AGM) in the operational management and supervision of the restaurant
- Always work to improve the standards of operation with consistent staff training, ensuring all employees complete and pass any necessary training relevant to their job
- Manage servers, server assistants, bartenders, and hosts to maintain productivity and positive guest experience by remaining on the floor inspecting the services delivered
- Ensure the restaurant is always staffed according to business needs
- Ensure that the space is clean and in good repair, assisting the management team will all repairs and maintenance control of the operation
- Maintain a high standard of food quality and service
- Ensure the health and safety of all staff and guests
- Assist the GM & AGM with management of all repairs and maintenance control for the operation
- Observe and maintain health and safety regulations to the highest possible rating
