Responsibilities
- Process client payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Handle policy changes and updates for existing customers
- Assist in filing and following up on insurance claims
- Schedule and manage client appointments for insurance and financial reviews
- Quote and process new business applications for Property & Casualty insurance
- Provide prompt and professional customer service in-person, over the phone, and via email
Requirements
- 1-3 years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in insurance
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and phone etiquette)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access)
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse client base and agency team members
- Positive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction
